Solid Waste Landfill Site Assessment Framework Based on Single-Valued Neutrosophic Hybrid Aggregation and Multi-Criteria Analysis

چکیده
Landfills are an effective way to dispose of waste and appropriate landfill sites can lessen environmental damage during treatment. Solid site (SWLS) selection has received much attention in the area multi-criteria decision-making recent years. However, uncertainty complexity SWLS make it a significant challenge for decision makers (DMs). Since single-valued neutrosophic (SVN) sets have great advantage handling complex problems with uncertain inconsistent information, this paper aims at offering planning strategy under SVN environment. For problem interrelated factors, Schweizer–Sklar power Bonferroni mean operator is first created, which not only considers possible correlations among attributes but also reduces adverse effects anomalous assessment information on results. Then, analysis framework based aggregation proposed then applied real-world selection. DMs flexibly adjust parameters model achieve preferred that integrates economic, environmental, social perspectives. The consistent results obtained from comparative highlight its benefits selecting proper SWLSs.

Waste management is a complex and detailed process that involves evaluation of certain important factors, such as a geological, geotechnical, hydrological, hydrogeological, climate, urban management, environmental, along with social, cultural, and psychological parameters. Unfortunately, in Iran, there is minimal evaluation of initial parameters and in some cases even don’t exist. The purpose o...

In this paper, three types of (philosophical, optimistic and pessimistic) multigranulation single valued neutrosophic (SVN) covering-based rough set models are presented, and these three models are applied to the problem of multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM).Firstly, a type of SVN covering-based rough set model is proposed.Based on this rough set model, three types of mult...
متن کاملA Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Method Using Power Aggregation Operators for Single-valued Neutrosophic Sets
As a generalization of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, neutrosophic sets (NSs) can be better handle the incomplete, indeterminate and inconsistent information, which have attracted the widespread concerns for researchers. In this paper, some new aggregation operators are proposed under single-valued neutrosophic environment. Firstly, the definition and operational laws of single-valued neutrosophic ...

Abstract. In this paper, we propose three similarity measure methods for single valued neutrosophic refined sets and interval neutrosophic refined sets based on Jaccard, Dice and Cosine similarity measures of single valued neutrosophic sets and interval neutrosophic sets. Furthermore, we suggest two multi-criteria decision making method under single valued neutrosophic refined environment and i...

Multi-attribute decision making (MADM). Play an important role in many applications, due to the efficiency to handle indeterminate and inconsistent information, single valued neutrosophic sets is widely used to model indeterminate information. In this paper, a new MADM method based on neutrosophic trapezoid linguistic weighted arithmetic averaging aggregation SVNTrLWAA operator and neutrosophic...
